HeroKu, how to set up the time period before a Dyno become idle and sleep caused by no request coming -

hey question simple. default, heroki dyno goes sleep when in 30 mins no request coming. want period reduced 10 mins. how that?

official answer i've got heroku support: this platform wide setting isn't configurable @ moment.
