c# - How to get the size of the objects in a session -

we have asp.net webforms application, storing our session data in state server. wish increase session timeout period application.

this of course possible, need calculate new hardware requirements.

and hence need see size of objects stored in session. please suggest way/tool can identify size of various objects stored in session.
